After you make connections through social or active networking activities, log that information into your tracking sheet (in Prep section) and also in your Outlook contacts or where you store your information (gmail contacts etc.)

Make notes about important things from your conversation that can help you down the road (their title, years of experience, connections they may have, where they went to school, hobbies and interests, etc.)
